I would like to comment on the incredible service provided by the owner of the AAMCO in Zephyrhills, Florida, Mark Lerman. My father had been a customer of his for years and told me about the great personal service he obtained from Mark. My father passed away two weeks ago and my sister happened to let Mark know. Mark expressed his condolences, but then surprised us all by showing up at my father's memorial service. He remarked how great of a person my father was and how he will be greatly missed at the shop. He then let us all know how he will take care of my mother now that she was responsible for the care of their car, even saying "call me and I'll pick the car up from the house to have it serviced." I brought my Altima to have the AC serviced. The air gradually became less and less
cold until I could not stand it anymore and, in a true procrastinator style, I waited until
last minute before driving out of town for work conference to get it looked at. The
process was thoroughly explained and price was reasonable. They even took me into
the garage to demonstrate an issue with battery which I promptly asked them to fix.
My car was fixed up and I was sent on my way in about an hour. It's been about two
weeks since my service and my air is running super cold. Very happy with the service
